What forms of Payment do you accept?
Wizard Gift accepts cheques, e-transfers and the following Credit Cards; Visa and MasterCard.
Is there a Minimum Order Size?
350.00 is the minimum order amout for each Brand/ Catalogue.
Can Consumers purchase products directly from us?
No. We do not sell our products directly to consumers. We only sell wholesale prices to Canadian Retailers.
Shipping & Invoicing
Freight FOB Ottawa for all Brands/Catalogs except for Capitol Earth Rugs and A Cheerful Giver. Primary carriers are Canpar, UPS, and Canada Post. If you prefer, you may provide us with your carrier and account number. Invoices are in Canadian Dollar for all Brands except for Capitol Earth Rugs. Invoices are issued to the retailer on the day of shipping.
How do I order A Cheerful Giver Candles?
A Cheerful Giver is in Canadian wholesale prices on our website. It is shipped by UPS from NJ USA direct to the retail store. Wizard Gift will issue a Canadian Invoice for products and a seperate invoice for 35.00 brokerage fee and a reasonable shipping charge. Contact us here if you have any further questions.
How do I order Capitol Earth Rugs?
NOTE: Shipping is currently 4-6 weeks.
Capitol Earth Rugs is an amazing, repeat, high quality line that does exceptionally well in Retailers throughout Canada. Capitol Earth Rugs is shown in US Dollar on our website and it will be invoiced directly by Capitol Earth Rugs. Payment for products is paid directly to Capitol Earth Rugs in US Dollars. Wizard Gift will invoice in Canadian Funds to the retailer; UPS Freight at reduced price, brokerage fee at 35.00 and any duties applicable.
How do I report a Claim for Damages or Short shipped?
Customers should notify Wizard Gift via email of damaged item or discrepancies on their invoice within 15 days of receipt. Do not destroy cartons, packaging particularly in the event that the damage claim is through the carrier. We require the invoice number, item number(s) and quantities claimed.
